1. When we simply asked this employee where the pool he rudely replied, 'No, we don't have a pool and we never have had one.

2. The first night we flew in late and didn't arrive to hotel until about12:30am, the night auditor was INCREDIBLY rude and seemed as though we were a nuisance to him when we verified that we were in fact placed in a Non-smoking room.

3. FINALLY I just interuppted his personal phone call by yelling rudely 'where is the shuttle' ?' (It was 4:50 at that point) The shuttle finally arrived at 4:55 but then proceeded to hit 2 other hotels to pick up other guests.
