1. Charging for a late checkout on a Tuesday when you have hardly any guests in house and a low number of arrivals is absolutely sheisty, I know how guests should be treated and I was sickened by this employee and the hotels lack of hospitality.

3. There are a ton of mirrors in the room, that was a nicer touch then most hotels who hardly put any mirrors anywhere in their rooms.

10. I would have been willing to PAY for a cup of coffee at that point, how hard could it be for them to keep a pot brewing? I was one of six or so people in the lobby that morning, I`m sure I wasn`t the only one wishing there was coffee.
