3. When we had issues in the hotel room, she immediatley took care of it and had the maintence workers fix it.

4. The only issue was that the rooms came with a kitchen with a small stove, but they did not come with any pots or pans to cook in.

5. The hotel itself was very nice but the front desk clerk was rude and another worker was sitting on the counter chewing gum with her mouth open and they were both talking about personal issues loudly.

6. I asked for a refund on my 2nd night only to be told by the clerk/security he didn't know how to issue the refunds for prepaid rooms.
