1. During my check in, the patience she had was an enormous help to help her address my complaints, problems and other challenges.

2. Only major complaint is that the rooms do not come with pots or pans, and although they say you can just ask at the desk, they had only one frying pan available, and it was inadequately cleaned from its last usage.
