2. Other than hard to get to, this hotel was wonderful, clean, beds and pillows were heaven, and convenient parking for Houston.

5. I realize it was just a request, and not guaranteed, but it certainly didn`t seem like they were trying very hard.

6. No security in parking garage or hotel, no wireless access from rooms, oil ordered elevators broke down continuously, room full of bed bugs, beds hard as a rock, cars broken into and damaged; don't even think about taking anything but a shower tub to nasty.

7. It is somewhat hard to find and since it has changed management and therefore Names several times recently, Houstonians don't know it either.

8. The hotel location was convenient though they have horrible road construction in that area that makes it a bit hard to get to.

9. The hotel location could not be accessed from the 59 or 610 freeways so it was VERY hard to get to especially when not familiar with the area.
