1. Three coworkers and I were booked at a local area hotel, but when we arrived there they told us that they had sustained flood damage and would be moving us to Hotel 31.

2. No security in parking garage or hotel, no wireless access from rooms, oil ordered elevators broke down continuously, room full of bed bugs, beds hard as a rock, cars broken into and damaged; don't even think about taking anything but a shower tub to nasty.
