4. i enjoyed the great customer service skills the staff showed upon arrival and leaving the hotel as i got in my room oh my was i happy to know my room had been cleaned with bleach even my sheets and curtains smelled clean i clean this way at home and am glad to go to a hotel/motel that also cleans like i do good job guys.

8. Walked in the room and was overcome with a MILDEW smell, the ceiling appeared to have gotten wet, probably from Hurricane Ike.

9. I went and purchased two snap traps on my own, I discovered behind the dresser a basket ball sized hole in the wall where they had repaired the tub plumbing in the next room, AH, there's the mildew smell source.
