i enjoyed the great customer service skills the staff showed upon arrival and leaving the hotel as i got in my room oh my was i happy to know my room had been cleaned with bleach even my sheets and curtains

I went and purchased two snap traps on my own, I discovered behind the dresser a basket ball sized hole in the wall where they had repaired the tub plumbing in the next room, AH, there's the mildew
