For those of you who work the front desk, how
hard
is it really to be friendly? I arrived at the location and had to wait behind another customer, which is expected most of the time when you are checking into a hotel.

WiFi was
hard
for a few folks but with some time on the phone with tech support it was resolved (those with an aircard for the computer had no issues)We seldom had time to have breakfast - and our late risers found that it was over before they got to it.

Two small complaints: There was only one elevator and it was on the opposite of side of the building from our room and the hotel was a little
hard
to find until I saw the sign.
