1. I had one problem here: my room wouldn't cool off.

10. The next morning I asked for a courtesy item from housekeeping and after an hour of waiting, I had to leave the hotel (without having brushed my teeth)---this was not their problem of course, but since they offered to bring one up to me, I expected it to be brought.
