1. I don't understand why hotel management leaves a bad impression in customer's memories by creating expectations for their airport shuttle and not living up to them.

5. Greenspoint is a bad area, but the parking lot is being patrolled by a security guard and I have never had any incidents in the area.

7. The lobby bar was converted from a sports bar to a wine bar, which is too bad, because the pool tables are gone and that was one of the few fun things to do there.
