1. I know someone who owns various Marriott properties and from what I hear, they are pretty crazy regarding certain issues with their properties in terms of letting people off the hook, I do not how they let this property operate as it is.

2. Hotels right in the airport terminals - like the Marriott Houston Airport -- are particularly convenient for connecting travel as there is no need to deal with hotel shuttles and other issues.

4. The front desk was nice enough to refund the $25 since I could not connect half the time and did admit to having internet issues, still when you are there on business you kind of rely on decent internet connections.
