Room service is always prompt in my times ordering, the food is hot when it is delivered and although I've gotten better scrambled eggs at my local NJ Diner - I wouldn't

I was so disappointed in my stay and the waste of money that I called the Marriott to
complain
--the customer service rep did not apologize or do anything to rectify the situation.
