1. BUT I did stay on the concierge level, and could notice all the noise as I went through the hotel daily.

6. Rooms are poorly constructed paper thin walls ( minimal noise reduction ) which mean guests can clearly hear doors opening/ closing/slamming and plumbing sounds at all times of the evening and night.
