1. I don't understand why most hotels upgrade to flat-panel TV's but don't carry HDTV channels - a problem I encounter all over the world - and this property unfortunately was no exception.

2. It is unfortunate that wrought iron fencing had to be used aroung the hotel and parking lot to reduce the presence of a criminal element which has taken over the Greenspoint or Gunspoint Mall area of Houston.

3. Location is very convenient, BUT unfortunately extremely close to the highway, therefore quite noisy, especially the (nice) swimming pool.
