1. I had one issue with my room service order and it was quickly addressed with apologies.

2. No extra drink or breakfast vouchers were given for the weekend nights where the lounge is closed but I didn't push the issue since my excellent rate included the full breakfast buffet inside the restaurant.

Security issue at the hotel our vehicle window was broken & hotel to nothing to resolve issue not even an offer to reimburse the cost of the window, Also heard from several employees at the hotel that this was common at the hotel & they do nothing about need more security officers who actually patrol the parking lot.
