2. Many of the regulars that I see (visit after visit) were complaining about the new Management, my suggestion is get out in front and greet your guests like the old team did and stop by the Executive Lounge and meet your loyal Customers.

4. I had to complain about my wrist watch that was lost during the time when the people were cleaning our room and we complained at the reception.

5. No big deal for me as i dont watch much tv, but some of my colleagues who are tv addicts were complaining about this.

6. While waiting to check in there was a lady at the front desk complaining that she just checked in & was inspecting the room & found dirty socks, cigarette butts, dirty towels, beer cans & coke bottles everywhere, however the bed was the only thing that was made up and none of this was her stuff.

8. I complained 4 times and the front desk said they couldn`t do anything about it because catering had booked the party and they didn`t have authority to shut it down (HUH????).
