1. The acoustics are horrible as all morning you hear doors slamming, keys being inserted and when I had my do not distrub sign on, the housekeeper get hitting my door with the vacuum.

3. They moved my room for the 2nd night and that room had a broken telephone (luckily didn't need it except for wake-up call) and the air conditioning made a horrible whining sound so had to turn it off.
