1. They moved my room for the 2nd night and that room had a broken telephone (luckily didn't need it except for wake-up call) and the air conditioning made a horrible whining sound so had to turn it off.

3. They offer free bottled water, which was nice, but the machine on our floor was broken and apparently had been that way for at least a few weeks already.
