5. As for the person complaining about being harrassed for having an ice chest, I would never bring an ice chest into a four-star hotel - a Motel 6-type place, maybe - but not a high-end hotel in a major urban center.

7. The desk area was larger than normal and there were plenty of lighting options within the room - and we never had a problem with the lighting in our room despite having an interior atrium room as others have complained about.
