3. Love the hardwood floors in the bathroom, comfy beds, and Aveda bath products -- annoyed by the other things.

4. The food is amazing, but I found the room service staff a little mouthy (is it really any of their business whether I choose to stay in for dinner or not? I AM there on business and have a presentation/meeting the next day and it`s MY preference -- commentary isn`t necessary) and annoying in their constant calling after they deliver your food to find out if you`re satisfied or not.
