1. Waking the next morning they had told me on check-in the wrong time of breakfast, so missed this and when using the return shuttle (it was available at 1300) had to return to hotel as they had left a guest, the whole set up appeared a shambles.

3. Our year old Garmin gave directions to the previous Hyatt IAH location (when we searched by name); but, since were previously lived in Houston we knew that was wrong.
