1. The only complaint about the room would be poor lighting in the bathroom, particularly no light over the tub/shower, but not a real big deal.

2. Overall, the hotel has the Hyatt Place 'flare' but is not well maintained and showed a lot of sign of wear and tear and left many things in poor service condition.
