1. When we arrived to check in, the only person @ the desk was a somewhat shabby looking 'security' guard who informed us, only after we'd been standing there for several minutes & wondering aloud why there was no one behind the desk, that 'they'd sent everyone home', as was also evident by the fact that the restaurant & Starbucks counter were both closed on a Thurs night.
