1. The front desk was little help, but more due to lack of information; although she was aware the problem we had, occurred regularly.

4. My only minor complaints were the slow elevators (especially at check-out/ breakfast buffet time), the lack of ventilation for the bathroom (steamy mirrors after showering), and fairly limited analog TV channel selection.
