1. Nice TV, but frustrating video menu/system--takes five minutes (a little exaggeration) each time you turn it on to get to regular broadcast stations.

2. When have you ever went to a hotel and had the front desk charge your card for the room without stating the room rate? Well they did that here and then showed us the price we paid afterwards, we were immediately frustrated because the rate was $20 more at the front desk then paying online and they didn't care to fix this issue and it was their fault since she failed to let us know the price.
