Last time it was an insect problem this time it was the failure to tell the residents that 90% of the TV coverage would me missing for a few days and then when the notification was sent it tried to tell us that we would have viewable TV on a restricted number of channels, the number being reduced to 2, the remainder being of such poor quality or being Spanish language.
