1. My only two complaints were the amount of towels in the room considering we had two adults and three kids, and also the hot tub.

2. I thought I left those phone calls back at my own house, but I guess they found me at the hotel too :) My major complaint is that I've stayed at Summerfield Suites before which were nicely laid out with plenty of room.
