1. Like most people I usually only take the time to write an internet review if I've had a bad experience and want to complain or give a warning.

2. But the rooms are clean, they are furnished with a microwave and a refrigerator, the beds are comfortable, and I had none of the problems with unresponsive staff that other reviewers complained about.
