3. The staff always are friendly and helpful; the one bad experience we ever had was this last weekend when a group of college kids were having an extremely loud party next door, and after a call to the front desk, the night manager made a few calls and the students instantly quieted down.

5. Front Desk was a little cranky (maybe just a bad day) but I recommend this as a good price for a clean, convenient place to stay.

7. I had a non smoking room and the room was above a smoking room and smelled so bad.

8. So I checked in and was placed in a room with a connecting door to the next room - the soundproofing was so bad I could hear every word in the conversation happening next door (and they weren`t even speaking loudly).
