1. I've had family from out of town stay at this hotel on 3 separate occasions and I've never heard bad feedback.

2. In addition, our room which was supposed to be non-smoking STANK so bad like smoke and when we called to be moved that same 'friendly' night clerk told us the hotel was full and we couldn't be moved.
