1. When I was there only one of the elevators was working, and in a 25 story hotel, that meant big long lines of people going down to complain to the understaffed reception desk.

5. I'm only saying this because I have been to this hotel before several times when it was beautiful, and when I came to this hotel again recently, yes I was very suprised at the condition that it was in, but I also knew that they were renovating, so I didn't do much complaining.
