1. For those of you who complained about the cost of overnight parking, have you looked at rates in other cities? The staff here is very friendly and accommodating.

2. After complaining the fron desk agreed to change the rate back to the one I was given the night before and it made it more reasonable, I recieved a printout of the final bill and confirmed this is what I would be charged.
