1. When I mentioned to Mimi that we were unhappy with their performance she got on the phone right away and helped to fix the issue.

2. I decided that if the person who answered the phone sounded unhappy, or like they were just going through the motions, or like they hated their job, then my Double Tree experience would have ended before it began - meaning I wouldn't have booked a room there.
