1. You would think if a hotel is aware of a problem they would fix it.

4. I had to call the service desk, and thankfully, they sent up an 'engineer' in a matter of minutes, who fixed the problem, again, in a matter of minutes, and I was able to take my shower.

7. While other reviews talk about airport security checkpoint, problem is being a guest at Westin is nothing special for it.

8. We were not sure about this since the airlines are not required to give vouchers for weather related problems.

9. Both the elliptical machine and one of the two treadmills I used during my stay had extremely annoying intermittent mechanical/electrical problems that shut the machines down/off at times interrupting my workouts to the point where I just waited one day for 30 minutes to use the one GOOD treadmill.
