1. Im a heavy sleeper and travel for business so my complaints are far and few between.

2. My only complaint was that the 'green' program wasn't adequately explained to me and I didn't realize that by accepting the cash back in lieu of housekeeping I wouldn't receive ANY housekeeping services (not even getting the bed made or straightening of the bathroom).

3. Second day we thought maybe they will clean our rooms especially since we had called in a complaint, and we also e-mailed the hotel and starwood which owns the Westin.

Only complaints:*Food was prohibitively expensive ($3 per person in-room charge for room service PLUS automatic 20% gratuity on top of already inflated food prices) so we opted to grab breakfast @ McD's (right around the corner) and bring it back to the room (easier to manage toddler in confined space).

9. My only complaint would be the daily parking charge of $20 (or $25) and the fact that just about EVERY time I have stayed there, there has been a concern with the valet (who are extremely courteous and friendly) retrieving my car.
