4. Could not find my name and luckily I had written down a confirmation number so they could locate the last name they spelled wrong.

5. When I checked in the clerk first had me scheduled for 1 day, got that corrected, then gave me a ticket for one day breakfast buffet, got that corrected, then was given the wrong room key - room was occupied.
