1. The second one was dirty, the toilet bowl outside was filthy, the couch had holes and was dirty, the carpet was gross.

6. The trash cans were on the counters, no liners, the wet dirty towels we left on the floor were still there, there was no coffee, no cups and as the FD person told us, house keeping was gone for the day.
