1. ) Because there is a restaurant on the top floor, it is always a busy ride and this slowed down the elevator quite a bit.

4. The elevator was a little creepy and slow, when we got to our room it was propped open with the latch, it smelled old, musty, smoky, the comforter was so old we stripped it from the bed immediately.

5. The shuttle service to downtown is useful but can be slow -- one guy, with a rather beat-up van, and you can wait many, many minutes to be picked up, depending on where he is and who is already on board when you call.
