1. The shuttle service was a big plus and made up for a VERY uncomfortable bed, a poorly working air conditioner (not cooling enough), coffeemaker which did not work.

2. Now, we are not picky uptight people, but come on, this hotel is advertised poorly as a 3 or 4 class hotel, when clearly it should be 2 tops.
