1. There are lots of areas with stains on the walls and carpet, and the inside of the bathroom door is very scratched up.

5. Paint was peeling off of the walls, the carpet had stains all over it, the bathroom floor had some kind of grime on it, the toilet had yellow rings around it, and the shower had black hairs on the wall in the tub.
