1. The staff was great and wen there was an issue with my room the management was terrific about the situation and even offered me a free night (I did not think it necessary so I did not take the offer).

3. While I don't like to give a negative review (hence my 3 'average' rating) based on the cons and especially the cleanliness issues, we'll be staying in a different hotel next time we're in town.

4. We all mentioned this to two different desk clerks who just blindly didn't akwnoledge the issues and continued on with their duties.

5. One major issue was the smell- unless the AC was on there was a modly odor that overtook the room.

6. The only issue we had was that the king bed was a little too soft and every day in the morning we woke up with a mild back pain.

7. The ice machine on our floor never worked while we were there and no one resolved that issue until the day we checked out when a small bag of ice was delivered by maintenance.

8. Location is not great if you're working in downtown Denver but I wasn't so not an issue.
