1. Air conditioner leaked water all over the floor in the room so the room smelled moldy.

2. But those things being said, the front desk was really apologetic about the smell and furnished us with the room spray I asked for (because I had already unpacked and didn't want to move), and when I called about the heater cover, the maintenence worker arrived in less than 5 minutes.

3. First, the negatives: Our "non-smoking" room smelled like an ashtray, and when I turned on the heater, the cover popped off and it took a maintenence worker 15 minutes to get it back on.
