1. We have always previously had rooms on the upper floors but were allocated a ground floor room which turned out to be noisy (too near the laundry and domestic staffroom), not as clean as usual and the phone didn't work.

4. Also my toilet was so noisy it sounded like a train, I have no idea where the flush was so noisy but if there was someone else in the room it would wake them up.
