1. The room on the surface appeared decent, but it's hard to overlook the following: sticky kitchenette floor; sticky and dusty bathroom floor; torn couch skirt (more like shredded, it looked as though the maids continuously catch it in their vacuum); a bathroom curtain which smelled like mildew; no tv in the second bedroom; no extra blankets or pillows; and towels with marker stains on them.

6. And no matter how hard they try to cover up the smells with periodic release of some kind of fragrant sprays, it still smells medicinal, like a hospital.

9. Didn't wash my dishes, but I can hardly blame them ;-) Reception generally friendly and helpful (when I couldn't get the printer to work one day, the receptionist offered her workstation for a quick print job).
