1. The service was uneven--great desk clerk, but the maid barged in on me half dressed even though I had a 'Do Not disturb' tag on the door.

2. What is even more disturbing is that this is an obvious attempt to trick people into thinking they are paying much less than they are as I initially looked to only stay 2 nights and the rate for the 1st night was $118 (instead of $152 as I was charged).

4. Even though we had a 'do not disturb' sign on the door the front desk will still call the room to find out if you need housekeeping.
