4. After we called the hotel to get directions, not only did the lady at the front desk tell us all of the wrong ways to go, but when we called back numerous times after being lost for an hour, she did not answer.

5. Although check in was a bit slow, they needed more help at 4:30 PM, and I was accidentally sent to the wrong room on a smoking floor which was immediately corrected to the non-smoking room I had booked, but after I had to stand in line 15 more minute, it was on the most part a very nice hotel.

6. The only thing I could find wrong was that the pillows were a little lumpy, so you might want to bring your own.
