1. Johnson Expressway blocks away from North Central Expressway- Great Friendly Staff, very prompt to resolve any issues- Good Breakfast which includes: 2-3 choices of cereal, 2-3 choices of Fresh Fruit, Hot Oatmeal, Maple Syrup for rotating starch like Pancakes, Waffles or French toast.

3. i came to find that not only the service was excellent (everytime i asked for something extra, the staff took the time in taking care of me and calling me back to make sure the issue got resolved) i could not have asked for something better.

4. The only issues that I do have is that We had a hard time finding it at first and When i booked the reservastions i was told it was about 20 minutes from Dallas international airport when it was 30min to 45 min.

8. The only issue with the hotel is that the elevator is somewhat inaccessible unless you park by a particular door, but that hardly seems such a big deal with the nice rooms and excellent atmosphere.
