When arriving to my room it was very smokey but was a NON-SMOKING room, was offered another room which turned out to smell a lot better, but the man at the desk was

yet again and made me feel i was an inconvenience to him.

I also experienced many times the hotel staff's
rude
ness , not just to me but other paying guests as well.

When I didn't get the room I booked, the lady at the front desk may not have been
rude
, but was indeed 'short', explaining 'you can only request a particular room, but until you check in you don't know what you will get'.

Outside of the rooms being clean and the location being good, Staff was not trained very well and were
rude
even after a member of their waitstaff poured a glass of tea on my husband.
