3. The general manager of this particular hotel went out of his way to avoid us, he wouldn't even make eye contact when addressed by my husband and I.

4. There are several other chain type hotels owned by Hilton, and if they are anything like this I would avoid at all cost.

5. If I had to pick a complaint it's a bit weird getting in and out of the parking lot, apparently Dallas is the one-way-street capital of the world so if you get easily confused when driving I'd probably avoid the whole city all together.
