1. When I entered the room I was hit with the smell of paint.

3. A call to the front desk had us moved to a room without the smoke smell, but no offer from the hotel staff to help with luggage when moving rooms, the new keys were literally handed to us and the staff member grabbed the old room key and made a hasty retreat.
